TWE-1 Video
TWE-1 Video is TaskWire's first AI video model. Give it an idea and it makes a short animated skit or explainer, ready to post, right in the desktop app.
TWE-1 Video is our first AI video model. Give it an idea, such as a cat explains Monday mornings or how a volcano erupts in 30 seconds, and it makes a short animated video: a skit, an explainer, or a vertical clip for TikTok, Reels or YouTube Shorts.
It works inside TaskWire with your Claude agent, and it makes your video on your own computer, so there's nothing to pay per video beyond your Claude plan.
What it's good for
- Short skits: characters, captions and timed sound effects. Best at 15 to 90 seconds, and up to 10 minutes.
- Animations and explainers: a process, a timeline or a "what happens next", with on-screen text and a live counter.
- Social clips: vertical 1080×1920 by default, with a hook in the first seconds and a clean end card.
TWE-1 Video makes stylised 3D animation and motion graphics, not photorealistic footage of real people.
Every video comes with real, free-to-use sound effects and their credits, and a caption with hashtags, ready to post. You check the previews along the way, and a finished video renders exactly the same every time, so you can change one line and render it again.
What you need
- A Claude agent connected to the board. TWE-1 Video works with Claude: start Claude Code from Agent prompt, or connect it over MCP, and wait for its lamp to turn green. TaskWire won't start a TWE-1 Video without one online, and it needs to stay connected until the video is done.
- The TaskWire desktop app, with the board kept on your computer (Local mode).
Make one
- Check your Claude agent's lamp is green on the board.
- In the TaskWire desktop app, click Flows and open New: TWE-1 Video from the flow menu.
- Type your idea as the run input, such as A cat explains Monday mornings, and click Run all.
TWE-1 Video builds the video, shows previews on the canvas and improves it over two rounds, adds sound, then delivers the final mp4 and its caption. The video plays on the canvas, and Download saves it.
Settings shows whether this computer has everything TWE-1 Video needs, and how to add anything that's missing.
Make it your own
The steps are plain-language prompts you can edit. Open Build the scene to set a house style: your characters, the setting, the length, the look and how every video should open and end. Change Add the sound and Write the caption to match, save it as your own flow, and run it with a new idea each time.
Where it runs
TWE-1 Video runs in the TaskWire desktop app on macOS, Windows and Linux, with the board kept on your computer. It doesn't run on a Live board yet.
